Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information BuyerConnectPro collects, how we use it, and your choices. It matches how the system works today.
Information from Realtors. Your name, email, mobile phone, brokerage, license or DRE number, and optional logo. Your password is stored only in a protected (hashed) form, so no one can read it, including us.
Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your email, the amount paid and the payment status. We never see or store your card number.
Information Realtors add about buyers. Buyer names, buyer mobile numbers, tour dates, and property details and notes. Realtors control this information and can edit or delete it. Buyer phone numbers are never shown on the buyer's tour page.
Buyer favorites, notes and ratings. These are saved only in the buyer's own web browser on their device. They are not sent to us or to the Realtor.
Security information. To protect accounts, we keep login sessions, records of failed sign-in attempts (including IP address, deleted after 24 hours), and a log of account actions such as sign-ins and password changes.
How we use information. We use it only to run BuyerConnectPro: creating accounts, showing tours, processing purchases, sending password reset emails, providing support and keeping the Service secure. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Cookies. We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and one to connect your purchase to your browser at checkout. Both are required for the Service to work.
Who helps us run the Service. Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), and [our email provider] for password reset emails. They process information only to provide their services to us.
Links to other sites. "Get directions" opens Google Maps. A "View Listing" button appears only when a Realtor adds a listing link. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information. Account and tour information is kept while the account is active. Realtors can delete tours and homes at any time. To delete your account and its data, email us.
Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will not treat you differently for using them. Buyers whose information was added by a Realtor can contact that Realtor or us.
Children. BuyerConnectPro is not for anyone under 18.
Changes. If we change this policy in a significant way, we will post the new version here and tell Realtors by email.
