Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and [Brenda Geraci, doing business as Agent Tools with Brenda] ("we," "us") for your use of BuyerConnectPro (the "Service"). By buying or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use it. The Service is for licensed real estate professionals. You must be at least 18 and give accurate account information.

2. Your license. Your one-time payment of $49 gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own real estate business. There is no monthly subscription. Each license is for one Realtor and one login. You may create unlimited buyer tours.

3. How long access lasts. Your access continues for as long as we offer BuyerConnectPro. If we ever stop offering it, we will give you at least [60] days' notice by email so you can save your information.

4. Your account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your login. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

5. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the information you add, including buyer names, phone numbers, property details and notes. You agree to:

• Have your buyers' permission to add their information and to text them
• Follow your MLS rules, including rules about sharing listing information with clients
• Follow fair housing laws, California Department of Real Estate advertising rules, and all other laws that apply to you
• Keep property information accurate and up to date

6. Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to send spam, to harass anyone, to break the law, to copy or resell the Service, or to try to access another Realtor's account or data.

7. Buyer tour links. Each buyer tour has a private link. Anyone who has the link can view that tour. You can turn a link off or create a new one at any time.

8. Availability. We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is." We do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost business, lost profits, or indirect damages.

10. Suspension. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. If we close your account without cause, we will refund your purchase price.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in [San Bernardino County], California.
