Refund Policy

BuyerConnectPro is a $49 one-time purchase. There is no subscription, so you will never be charged again.

Full refund within [14] days, before account setup. If you have not created your Realtor account yet, email us within [14] days of purchase for a full refund.

After your account is created. Because you have full access to the Service once your account is set up, purchases are not refundable after that point, except as listed below.

We always refund:

• Duplicate or accidental extra charges
• Purchases by an email that already had an account (the system flags these automatically)
• Cases where we cannot give you access to the Service
• Accounts we close without cause (see the Terms of Service)

How to ask. Email buyandsellwithbrenda@gmail.com from the email you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we approve them.
